Learn to be aware of the way you think and the way you talk to people. Train your mind to think positively toward every situation and train your tongue to speak positively to everyone you meet.
Colossians 4:6 ‘Let your speech at all times be gracious (pleasant and winsome), seasoned [as it were] with salt, [so that you may never be at a loss] to know how you ought to answer anyone [who puts a question to you].
The Scripture further exhorts us to have an entire renewal of our mind in Romans 12:2. Our thoughts and attitudes should have a complete paradigm shift as believers in our Lord Christ Jesus, if we are to enjoy the fullness of life that God always purposes for us to have.
Therefore mind your: *ATTITUDE! ATTITUDE! ATTITUDE:*
Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton said, “The only disability in life is a bad attitude.” It’s true. Nothing will hinder or handicap you in life as severely as a bad attitude. When I use the word attitude, I am referring to the system of thoughts, the mental posture, the mind-set, or the way of thinking with which a person approaches life.
“Instead, Let the Spirit renew your *thoughts and attitudes* . Put on your new nature, created to be like God-truly righteous and holy.” Ephesians 4:23-24.
